Research Interests
My research concerns topological and geometric problems in the sciences and other disciplines.
On a theoretical side, I am interested in compact Lie groups, their homogeneous spaces, and manifolds with Lie group actions, and I study their topological invariants such as the (equivariant) cohomology.
For applications, I pursue a research program on topological methods in computer sciences, particularly computer graphics, data analysis, and information security.
